Mandatory Legal Standards Trainings

NJPN hosts virtual Mandatory Legal Standards trainings via ZOOM (Dates & Registration below) These trainings satisfy the mandatory renewal application requirement for all NJ CADC & LCADC as established by the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs (see notice: N.J.A.C.13:34C-5.2 d). 

  • Scholarship Qualifications:  L/CADC clinicians working in NJ-DMHAS licensed SUD treatment agencies may apply for a scholarship to attend trainings at no cost through a grant from DMHAS

  • Course Credit Requirements:  To receive credit for this virtual course, one needs device with internet, camera, and microphone. IMPORTANT: this training is synchronous and interactive --   no working, driving, nor traveling during the session. To earn credit, all participants must be  visible on-camera as if present in-person" for the entire course. Partial credit is not issued.
