What Are the GCADA Scholarship Requirements?

Recipients must commit to attending the conference or notify NJPN to reallocate their awarded scholarship to another candidate

Failure to utilize or reassign a secured scholarship will be reported to GCADA

Applications due before May 31, 2020 (or sooner if scholarships are filled)
What Are the HTS Scholarship Requirements?

Attend the NJDHTS workshop track

Must sign-in and complete evaluation at each HTS workshop

Complete post-conference online survey

Applications due before May 31, 2020 (or sooner if scholarships are filled)
What Are the Peer Scholarship Requirements?

Attend one morning session, one afternoon session, and one Power session

Complete all evaluation conference requirements

Does the Registration Fee Cover All Expenses?
The registration fee covers:

Can I Register on the Day of the Conference?
Attendee registration is available at the rate: $100
Registration closes Wednesday, June 17, 2020
What Are the Tobacco Scholarship Requirements?

Recipients must commit to attending the conference or notify NJPN to reallocate their awarded scholarship to another candidate -
Recipients will have the opportunity to attend any of the offered workshops, however, it is recommended to attend workshops pertaining to tobacco-related content -
Applications due before May 31, 2020 (or sooner if scholarships are filled)
Will Renewal Credits or Professional Development Hours Be Given?
Up to 17 renewal credits can be earned for completed workshop sessions. Individual credits will be awarded for each sessions completed and certificates may be downloaded upon issued by The Certification Board including:

CPS (Certified Prevention Specialist) recertification credits -
CADC/LCADC (Licensed/Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor) renewal credits -
MFT, MFT-Associate (Marriage and Family Therapist, Marriage and Family Therapist Permit) -
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) renewal credits -
LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor) renewal credits -
LRC (Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor) renewal credits -
CSW/LSW/LCSW (Licensed/Clinical Social Worker) continuing education addiction-focused credits -
CDA (Chemical Dependency Associate) renewal credits -
CJC (Criminal Justice Counselor) renewal credits -
PH (Public Health Continuing Education Contact Hours) NEW -
WTS (Women’s Treatment Specialist) renewal credits -
CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor) renewal credits -
CPRS (Certified Peer Recovery Specialist) renewal credit -
CRSP (Certified Recovery Support Practitioner) renewal credits -
NCPRSS (National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist) renewal credits -

How Long Do I Have to "Be" at the Virtual Conference to Get a Certificate?
Certificates may be downloaded after each completed workshop session. Attendees must complete the live or recorded session to earn credit. Up to 17 credits may be earned. Credits are available for all recorded sessions through Decemeber 2020.
What Are the Cancellation Procedure and Refund Policies?
A full refund is available if cancellation is made prior to May 31, 2020.
