Brief Description of Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation, coordination, documentation, implementation and provision of technical assistance to sub-grantees in all NJPN grants and projects as designated by the Executive Director. Coordinate program delivery services. Supervise the program service instructors. Present up to 5-6 hours of lessons per day, when circumstances require. Participate in Community Health Fairs. Provide ATOD workshops, etc., as required. Assist marketing the Council’s programmatic services throughout Hudson County. Assist with evaluations of the Council’s educational programs for the schools and the community.
Bachelor’s degree required. The individual should be familiar and comfortable with all age groups particularly youth. Should show maturity, good judgment and initiative. He/She should possess superior communication skills and demonstrate strong verbal, writing and organizational skills.

Brief Description of Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Board of Trustees and the President of the Board, the Executive Director is responsible for all areas of program planning and implementation as well as the management and supervision of Partners in Prevention. Partners in Prevention seeks an energetic, dedicated, strong Executive Director to lead a Hudson County based substance abuse prevention agency. At least 5 years experience in financial/budget management, grant writing, and management, personnel management and program development required. Masters level preferred; CPS (Certified Prevention Specialist) LCADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and/or extensive prevention background. Strong presentation, communication and networking skills a must.
